Instructions to Author

Submit Manuscript: Manuscripts may be submitted as an email attachment to historyjournal.net@gmail.com or through Online Submission.

Required Forms: Authors must download, complete, sign, and submit the Copyright Agreement and Authorship Responsibility Form along with the manuscript.

Manuscript Submission Policy: Each manuscript must be accompanied by a covering letter addressed to the Managing Editor, clearly stating the originality of the work and its significance. The corresponding author must confirm that the manuscript has not been published previously and is not under consideration elsewhere.
After successful submission, an acknowledgement will be sent to the corresponding author within one week. All correspondence regarding manuscript preparation and submission should be made through the Contact Us page or via email.

Language and Ethics: English is the official language of the journal. Submitted manuscripts must follow ethical research practices. Plagiarism, data fabrication, duplicate submission, or improper authorship attribution will result in rejection.
Corresponding authors must declare that the manuscript is submitted on behalf of all authors and that all authors have approved the final version. Upon acceptance, copyright of the article will be transferred to the publisher.

Manuscript Preparation: Manuscripts must be prepared in English using MS Word. Times New Roman font should be used throughout. The manuscript must be typed double-spaced with 1-inch (2.5 cm) margins on all sides. All pages must be numbered starting from the title page. Continuous line numbering should be provided from the beginning to the end of the manuscript.

The main text font size should be 12 pt. Main headings may be 14 pt bold, and subheadings 12 pt bold.

Manuscript Structure: Research articles should include the following sections in order:
Title Page, Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusion, Acknowledgement (if any), References.
The sections may be subdivided as 1, 1.1, 1.1.1, 2, 2.1, etc. Authors may optionally suggest at least three potential reviewers from the same research field (not from the same institution), including full names, affiliations, email addresses, and contact numbers.

Title Page: The title should be concise and informative. It should be followed by the author name(s) and institutional affiliation(s), indicated using superscripts. The corresponding author must be marked with an asterisk (*) and complete contact details (email, telephone number) should be provided.
The corresponding author is responsible for all communications with the journal and for ensuring that all co-authors approve the manuscript.

Abstract: The abstract should appear on the second page and briefly describe the objective, methodology, major findings, and conclusion. It must be written as a single paragraph, without abbreviations, references, or figures, and should not exceed 250 words.
Keywords: Authors should provide 4–6 keywords immediately after the abstract.

Introduction: The introduction should clearly state the purpose of the study, background information, and relevance to previous research. Only information directly related to the study should be included.

Materials and Methods: This section should include sufficient detail about materials, instruments, procedures, and sources to allow other researchers to reproduce the study. Proper permission must be obtained for reproduced tables, figures, or illustrations, with credit lines provided.

Results and Discussion: Results should be presented clearly and concisely. This section may be combined or separated based on author preference. Tables and figures must be numbered consecutively, titled clearly, and inserted at appropriate places in the text.
All labels in tables and figures must be in editable text format and not embedded within images. Images and photographs must be clear, sharp, and of good resolution.

Conclusion: The conclusion should summarize the major findings of the study and highlight its significance.

Acknowledgement (if any): This section should be placed before the references. It may include acknowledgements for funding agencies, institutional support, or individuals who contributed but do not meet authorship criteria.

References: References should be numbered consecutively in the order they appear in the text and cited using superscript numbers.
