This paper explores the art and architecture of early medieval Kashmir, focusing on its stylistic evolution, religious symbolism, and socio-political context. The study emphasizes the region’s role as a cultural confluence where Shaivism, Buddhism, and emerging Islamic influences intertwined to shape its artistic and architectural heritage.
